Privacy policy

Information provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). It applies to www.inosproject.it and not to other websites reached through links. Last updated: 2 November 2026.

Data we process

Browsing data. The server hosting the website records the technical data needed for its operation and security, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type.

Data sent through the contact form. Company, full name, phone number, email address and message. To protect the form from spam, the server keeps a pseudonymised version of the IP address (hash) and the time of submissions for about one hour at most.

Data sent by email or phone. Contact details and any other information you choose to share.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to requests and providing information or quotes: pre-contractual steps at your request and, where a contract exists, its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Keeping the website secure and preventing spam and abuse: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is not used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.

Providing your data

Providing data is optional, but the fields marked as required are needed to receive a reply.

Retention

  • Requests that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 24 months from the last contact.
  • Contractual, accounting and tax documents: 10 years, as required by law.
  • Contact form anti-spam data: about one hour.
  • Server technical logs: for the period set by the hosting provider for the operation and security of the service, after which they are kept only if needed to investigate abuse or for requests from the authorities.

Recipients

Data is processed by the controller’s authorised staff and, for the necessary services, by providers acting as data processors:

  • Register S.p.A., for website hosting, and the technicians responsible for managing it;
  • Microsoft, for the Microsoft 365 email service, which also receives messages sent through the form.

Data may also be disclosed to advisers and authorities where required by law. It is not sold or published.

Transfers outside the European Union

The use of Microsoft services may involve data transfers outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision, where applicable, or on the standard contractual clauses in the agreements with Microsoft. Information and a copy of the safeguards can be requested from the controller.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use profiling cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on the website’s own server. For this reason there is no consent banner.

Third-party services

The map at the bottom of each page is an image (data © OpenStreetMap) and sets no cookies. Clicking it opens Google Maps, which applies its own privacy policy.

The link to our Instagram profile leads to an external website, which applies its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can send requests to info@inosproject.it, to the certified email address inosproject@ticertifica.it or by post to the controller’s address.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority: www.garanteprivacy.it.
